The Kentucky Colonel Rebounds to grab SDN pole Steve Francis may not be having a banner year but he put everything together in last night’s double qualifying heat races for the Seventh Annual Silver Dollar Nationals to grab the pole for tonight’s 80-lap, $53,000 to win event.
