Soup Race is fast approaching at I-80

The 14th Annual Alphabet Soup Race is less than two weeks away. The Soup this year will once again feature the Midwest Late Model Racing Association (MLRA) the Corn Belt Clash (CBC) and the MARS Dirt Car Series (MARS).

The race will feature many of the best dirt late model drivers in the Midwest. Drivers such as Chad Simpson, Terry Phillips, Tony Jackson, Jr., Jesse Stovall, Ryan Gustin, Jason Utter, Jeremy Payne, Kyle Berck, RC Whitwell, Will Vaught and many more. The Super Late Model feature will pay $3,000 to win and $400 to start.

Also racing will be the Nebraska 360 Sprints. The Sprints will be racing for $1,500 to win (including the $200 Speedway Motors bonus) and $400 to start. Expected entries include Jack Dover, Billy Alley, Tyler Drueke, Jordan Boston and others. The Good Ole’ Time Racing Association (GOTRA) will also be on hand.

Pit Gate opens at 4 pm, Grandstands at 5:30 pm with racing at 7:15 pm. Grandstand tickets are $20 for Adults, $5 for Juniors (6-12) with 5 and under free as always. Pit passes will be $30.
